1. Overview

This website (www.nuwilds.co) is operated by NuWilds Limited ("NuWilds", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (FLAT 1618A 16/F PIONEER CTR, 750 NATHAN RD, Hong Kong). Throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "you" refers to any visitor or purchaser on this website.

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in the currency you select. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; orders already confirmed are charged at the price at the time of checkout. Perfume, fragrance and personal-care products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping & Duties

Shipping times, costs, and customs/tax responsibilities are stated at checkout and in the product descriptions. Perfumes contain alcohol and are shipped via carriers approved for restricted goods; delivery times may therefore vary. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country/region (e.g. Taiwan import tax above the duty-free threshold, Singapore GST) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons (products contain alcohol and are sealed for freshness), opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product names, images, fragrance descriptions, and website design — is the property of NuWilds Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuWilds Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Individual sensitivities vary; please review ingredient information before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
