Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons (our fragrances contain alcohol and are sealed for freshness), products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and please return it — we will arrange a replacement or refund including the shipping cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
